Course Information

This course is purpose-built to provide you with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to plan, schedule, and control complex projects. You will not only grasp the fundamental principles but also gain hands-on experience, preparing you to oversee intricate projects and ensure their successful completion. Key course components include mastering the Critical Path Method as well as Resource-Based Scheduling techniques. Through hands-on experience with Oracle’s Primavera P6 software and guidance from Plan Academy, you gain proficiency in scheduling software and real-world project scenarios.  Available 6/17-7/12/2024
