This course is purpose-built to provide you with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to plan, schedule, and control complex projects. You will not only grasp the fundamental principles but also gain hands-on experience, preparing you to oversee intricate projects and ensure their successful completion. Key course components include mastering the Critical Path Method as well as Resource-Based Scheduling techniques.
